Desire Packaging Refund Policy

Returning custom boxes made by Desire Packaging is not a common thing. We fulfill all the orders according to the requirements sent by our customers. However, if it happens that you do not like the designs and want to return them, we have made easy methods for that.

Does Desire Packaging Take Returns?

Customers have a seven-day time to return the orders. While making the return, attach the photos of the defective places or anything that is lacking in the packaging you would like to change.

What is the Policy for the Return Cost?

Desire Packaging will not pay a return shipping fee as it will be the customer making the return. Hence, the charge will come from the customer side.

Can Customers Reprint on the Custom Boxes?

If customers think that the printing is not to their standards or includes mistakes, Desire Packaging is willing to reprint without any fee.

Where Should Customer Report Their Issue?

Customers can report their problems with us on our website, [email protected]. You are requested to send us a report informing everything that seems to be an issue within three days.

Desire Packaging’s Cancel Order Policy

For orders canceled four hours after the order is placed, customers are charged a 5% fee for the whole demand. Furthermore, customers have 24 hours to cancel the order. After a day has passed, Desire Packaging rejects the cancelation request.
