About the Turn Around Time
Once the confirmation signal is given to us, the production process begins so we can meet the deadline. Desire Packaging does not see if the order is small or in bulk because our production team works efficiently to meet the quality and prepare them swiftly. It takes us a ten-day turnaround time to manufacture and ship the custom box orders.
Our Policy on Immediate Orders
Desire Packaging also does quick orders for brands. Our policy indicates a minimum of six and a maximum of eight-day time for orders on a short time.
What If An Order Is Lost or Damaged?
Desire Packaging does not take responsibility for orders lost or damaged. We send off the custom boxes in perfect condition. If they arrive damaged or are lost, we ask customers to question the carrier service.

Are There Taxes Applied
Our shipping policy states no shipping fee, but there are no points of them being tax-free. The taxes applied to the order are the customer’s responsibility.
